Define the project design, complete the full process from conceptual design to construction drawings, and determine engineering technical standards and construction details.
Obtain construction permits and other approval procedures, assemble the project team, and procure materials and equipment.
Organize on-site construction according to the construction drawings, including foundation, main structure, and finishing stages, while conducting real-time management of quality, safety, and progress.
After construction is completed, jointly inspect project quality with design and supervision units, and upon acceptance, process the transfer of property rights and enter the warranty period.
